"Brett Walch is my agent/representative what an awesome, amazing guy he is. Words can't express how knowledgeable/passion he is about insurance. We start off having problems off the back with computer issues and my quote not able to go through to the next part. We were on the phone for about 2 and half hours trying to figuring it what going on. He never give up! If we got disconnected he call back, he would put me hold to figure it out and as soon as we got done, I had issues login into State farm app. Well, that next morning I call him at the office and he immediately hop on the situation. Calling any and everyone he could think of, calling back with updates that he received and keeping me in the loop of everything that was happening.
